Agree with The Poacher. Have owned at least a dozen Jeep Wranglers. Have one Bronco. Will NEVER own another Wrangler - dealership, warranty, delivery issues and the death wobble that will have me forever at the chiropractor.
As of a few days ago, Cookeville Ford in Cookeville, TN had a white BRaptor. The dealership usually has a 10-20k markup on all Broncos, just warning you😉
And notify the Better Business Bureau, maybe State Insurance commission; County business licensing agency. Complain to any and all. This is terrible work and possible risk of future damage and /or personal injury.
Cookeville Ford is no better. We were “offered” a special order Bronco that the customer passed on. Sticker price. We passed for a variety of reasons. Next day it was on their lot for $20k over.
Ck other dealers. Don’t reward bad business practices, if you can. We’ve dealt with Magic City Ford...
Welcome and congrats. Blue Oval family here as well. Wife drives the Bronco daily and love it. I just finished customizing a 2023 F150 reg cab 4x2. Always wanted a classy sport truck!
The Bronco is worth the wait. Post when you get it.

Definitely Bucket List entries! Glad you “winged it”. We “dashed” to Yellowstone (from Virginia) years ago and included Rocky Mtn NP, Flaming Gorge, Glacier NP, Black Hills/Badlands NP for an unplanned 6321 miles.
See this beautiful and varied country! These pictures are a great incentive...
Glad to see positive posts!!
We trade often. Our Wildtrak is primarily the wife’s vehicle. She’s had great rides - Porsche 911, Boxster; Shelby convertible; BMW M3 convert, 540; Rubicons and now “Zena”. Even our dealer of > 25 yrs remarked “don’t think she’s giving up that ride for a long...
Sorry for your troubles and the poor initial dealer handling.
Let them repair. Be sure to take many pictures during the process; make a journal noting calls, conversations with names and titles. You then have some recourse if not satisfied.
It sucks.
Are the software updates tied into the FordPass App? Prior dealers have been very pushy and adamant about activating FPass. We have always opted out. We were told by one dealer that Ford expects 100% compliance in activation of this feature at vehicle delivery. Have to wonder why if vehicle is...
