No idea. Thereās no telling what changes may happen for my22, they will probably raise the prices across the board, and thereās no telling if theyāll subtract the auto price from Sasquatch. I suspect they will (Iām guessing on the actual order form the transmission and sasquatch are different...
Iād hold off before making that assumption. The base 4 door is a bit of an odd duck, I wouldnāt be surprised if this doesn't apply to it.
thereās still a lot of weirdness going on with the b&p and Ford raising prices on multiple models right now. Iād recommend waiting for the dust to settle...
Itās not like he was pretty much run off the forums and inundated with tons of unreasonable requests after he posted a single comment or anything..... oh wait....
I have a hunch that some people in Ford keep making decisions, and then the new CEO decides to override those decisions, consistency be damned.
edit: For anyone who hasnāt had experience with corporate management on big programs, this isnāt all that unusual in many industries. Someone...
Hey, some of us were never planning on spending even close to $50k. For me itās still looking like I can get my 2 door basequatch for under $40, so Iām content.
Nope, not if you aren't getting any options. Aside from the auto and the sasquatch the options only changed around a little bit.
Even with the auto and the current glitches I was able to get a 2 door squatch under $40k. I think youāll be just fine if you pick your options carefully, and so long as Ford doesnāt get rid of or hike the price of the base 2 door for my22... (wouldnāt put it past them at this point)
So, this isnāt actually as much of a price increase as people think. $4,995 was the old Sasquatch, $795 is the full time 4wd transfer case (which was previously tacked on with Sasquatch too), leaving $1,595, which is the price of upgrading to auto.
All in all, the only price increase for a...
Hey Nick, Iād hang on for a bit before giving up hope on the basetrak, I think the BnP is double charging for the auto, so I suspect we will see it drop in price by $1,595 by the time of actual order (leaving the total price increase at $1595 for the auto)
On the base at least, I think Sasquatch package is adding the auto price twice.
Itās 8980, but if you already have the auto it is 7385. That is a difference of 1595, the price of the auto, so that checks out.
Sasquatch is listed as 4,995, that is 2390 less than the aforementioned 7385...
Is this confirmation that Sasquatch does not have front crash bars? Doesnāt look like any of these 9 with Sasquatch have them, and those without Sasquatch all seem to.
Also, is it just me or would that crash bar be super visible with the modular bumper? If I wasnāt going squatch I donāt think...
Ah, that makes sense, thanks for the explanation!
edit: found a press release from Ford on it for anyone else whoās interested.

So, does it need to be activated for the cell network? Or can it be activated and stay wifi only? (Which should theoretically still allow functionality when parked at home, just not when out and about).
Does it still count if itās a reference to a truck you used to have and not the new model?
Iāve gotten frustrated from time to time, but definitely never threatened (nor intended) to cancel haha
I know itās outdated info now, but we previously got a formula from an insider that included number of Ford vehicles sold by the dealer in the allocation, alongside the number of reservations converted to orders, and iirc one or two other metrics.
Again, I totally understand the production...
Yeah, I get that, I totally understand component and supplier constraints dictating build order somewhat, but it's the dealer allocation that frustrates me.
From where I'm sitting it looks like an arbitrary rule that serves no real purpose other than to punish smaller dealers and hurt the...
