I'd be surprised as the dealer has been very transparent from the beginning, including invoice price on my original order and several goodies/incentives mailed out over the last year and a half. They're making 20k adm off me for not being a golden ticket holder, I don't see an extra 1k doing...
You're probably safe. I didn't get a golden ticket, just getting an allocation from the dealership. I was just notified today so I imagine there was a cutoff for the stickers that I missed. Who knows anymore though.
Literally what I was told today. I had to choose the decal delete or the upgraded decal package. "Sticker shortage". All that ADM and can't even get a sticker for the car. This whole thing is a joke at this point.
Was told by the dealership today that Ford is requiring Raptor orders to have the upgraded Raptor decal or the decal delete. Apparently more items they're offering standard they don't actually have inventory for- but they'll still charge you for something you're not getting. Fun times.

@76OrangeCrateJr. That's great, and exactly what I was hoping to hear! I also went with the manual, but I've never off-roaded a day in my life so I'm really looking for an intro to it. Sounds like they are beginner-friendly so that makes me feel better :) I did the ride along last fall at the...
@Krieger Well Scratch that- I cancelled for tomorrow and looked again- there are plenty of openings Saturday and Sunday now :) Looks like I'll get to go after all
@RDS12 That's too bad but makes sense. Did you "learn" anything in terms of features/proper handling to pass on to those of us that won't get to drive one until Ford pulls our golden ticket?
@76OrangeCrateJr. According to the email the one in WestVa runs from now until Sunday. When I signed up they only had Wednesday and Thursday availability for some reason
Okay I did my due diligence and read the first 4 pages and no one mentioned this:
"Yes. New pricing is reflected in the updated build and price. We will share more information on how this effects current unscheduled order and reservation holders before order banks open March 8th".
Maybe I'm...
I expect as 2022 goes on, when we get into the summer months many people are going to do everything in their power to delay their order to get a 2023. Who wants to pay full price for last year's model after waiting 3 years?
Are these all waiting on various items? Chips/tops/etc?
Otherwise if they're just delayed waiting for transportation issues....I'll gladly come get one and save Ford the effort 😉
This is my understanding as well. Really interested in an overlanding camper that pushes close to the Bronco Tow limits and would be really frustrated to find that I couldn't do it aftermarket without spending an arm and a leg which is what everyone seems to be indicating.
Or worse, something...
