I placed an order for a FE Bronco Sport through Prince Frederick Ford and I’m taking a flyer on them. They told me over the phone they would honor no ADM and X plan if available. Call and ask for Mark Pursel.

Maybe the First Edition Bronco Sport will have a higher resale value (percentage wise) over the full size Bronco due to smaller production numbers. As far as I know they are not increasing Sport production over the 2,000 units.

I had someone reach out to me on Reddit - they were interested in taking my FE Sport reservation off of my hands, would make it “worthwhile”. By the time I received the message I had already converted to an order. Curious how much he was he/she was willing to pay.

I converted a Bronco Sport reservation to an order on Thursday, no down payment required.

If a dealer is asking for additional money down at time of order, choose a different one. Nothing else should be required beyond $100 reservation deposit to get the order placed.

I am in sales but not cars, LOL. I realize you take a big hit in depreciation the first year but some keep talking about 2022 deliveries - the hit wouldn't be as bad. Bronco's should hold their value pretty well.

Before everyone starts looking at the competition due to longer and longer delivery times, why not go ahead and order a Bronco Sport now? Then you can trade it in on the 2/4 door when it arrives.

Your down payment is due when you convert your reservation to an order? I just converted a Sport reservation to an order and my dealer didn't ask for any more money (paid the $100 res. fee).

Thanks. I believe they’ve been converting reservations to orders for about a week. I really wanted the 4 door but the Sport is for my wife, replacing her Subaru Forester.

Well, I'll be letting you guys know what Area 51 actually looks like in a few months. Placed my order for the First Edition Sport this afternoon. Area 51 "mystery" continues.
