What exactly is a freight Id? That is not the same as the rail car number correct? (I did search it but I couldn’t quite figure it out).

This may be helpful for others but when I used the “new tracker” I was able to see the window sticker, but when I clicked the window link in the scheduled for production email I received from FORD, it went to the error screen.
