Unfortunately I called ford and my EDD is may 31 but the vehicle tracking still says March 2 so I guess no more checking the links this is depressing @Ford Motor Company

Yes mine usually don't help so I really don't bother them but on Friday I sent them a email asking if my bronco was on hold for a chip and they sent me a picture of their link showing I was on hold due to chip shortage.

They have link that gives them more information.

At this point I don't either I just want my bronco.... lol
