I've been using this portable compressor for two years and it will pump up my Bronco or RAM tires from 15 to 40 psi in about one minute. I highly recommend this one.
My 2.7L with 2400 miles does the same thing. If I'm stopped at a light, then punch it to take off it launches slow then accelerates as expected after a couple seconds. I figured it's just turbo lag. Once I'm rolling, there is no lag.
I drove two 2-door models, one with a roof rack and one without. The 2-door without the roof rack was very quiet with minimal wind noise. The one I bought with the roof rack has a lot more wind noise, but not that bad and a lot less than the Wrangler I traded in. This morning I had the dealer...
I just checked the MIC top on my two month old Bronco and it shows the same signs of rippling starting to happen. Thanks for the heads up on this issue. I will monitor my top more closely.
