My Dealer says email from Ford this afternoon said Balance out date moved to October, MY23 ordering starts that day. MY22 orders will automatically convert.

I’ve heard 8/23 is the last day to modify order and Balance out day is Nov 10th,l. So I called and Ford customer service rep said no date has been set. Here is hope for MY22

I get your point, but I would certainly consider one of these already built and delivered trucks and cancel my order. I’m not here to make money off a truck, and this situation could just get worse if Ford doesn’t crack down on this behavior.

This is an excellent point! Rivian is doing exactly that, but of course they have no dealer lots. Ford is complicit and will only see loss of excitement in their products because of this unregulated dealers.
