Where did you get that custom color rear tire cover? Iâm looking for
Where did you get the custom color rear tire cover. Iâve been searching for one with that logo in the âvintage color tanâ from the 5th generation Broncos. So far no luck for a 35â with the camera hole...
Thanks, this looks exactly what Iâm looking for. Can this be downloaded to a 3D printer to print with the correct sizing and spacing for my front fenders you think?
Does anyone out there in Bronco6g land know where I can pick up a pair of these Black block style Bronco6g fender badge. Iâm thinking of removing the Outer Banks sticker and replacing it with these. Also this type of spare tire cover for 35â and a camera hole.
Yeah, one of the Bronco owners here on this site had a shop spray either RHINO lining or LineX on their top and fender flares. It looked quite nice and it would probably solve the issue of unsightly cracks not to mention future leaks.
Good point. Iâm new to this Bronco society. Then I have a âmall crawlerâ. Outer Banks Sasquatch. Although sort of capable itâs not likely to see anything but a few beach runs and easily traversed trails.
đApparently you havenât heard the old saying âI have some beachfront property in the desertâ for sale. Most used vehicle salespersons are dishonest as hell. Theyâre there to make a buck then after the sale good luck getting any type of âwarrantyâ work done.
If you are so unsure, tell him what...
đ you believe in the fact that because you buy a âRange Roverâ youâre not going to have issues, not to mention âexpensive issuesâ. All, and let me say this with confidence, no matter what brand or how much you spend on a vehicle, they have their own set of problems. You just donât hear about...
I like this idea. Keeps âprying eyes off the hardware. The idea of having it visible to me is nothing more that someone trying to be âtacticacoolâ. Yeah it takes a few more seconds to unholster in the safe console, but if youâre aware of your surroundings you can prepare yourself ahead of time...
Anything âscrewed or gluedâ to anything plastic in a vehicle is not worth it to me to destroy anything in my interior. You can buy biometric fingerprint handgun safes that will fit securely inside your console out of sight. Of course it depends on the âhand cannonâ caliber. One doesnât need a...
Thanks for the info. I go to New York occasionally, but to the âconcrete jungleâ only. But, now that I know it can be color matched Iâll have my local shop give it a shot. Did they paint the underside and leave the tape on and can you notice the black underside?
If youâre willing to spend the money your âMall crawlerâ should be able to be converted by getting an Everglades fender and snorkel kit or parts and all the other stuff needed to do the modification. But you may have to buy a left fender also to match.
Or go to APG, Automotive Performance Group...
Hereâs one possibility of what caused it. Once I bought a vehicle from GM and noticed the paint had dark stains in the paint from a vehicle above it on the car carrier that had a battery leak. The acid messed up the paint, but the salesman said they would switch it out with a hatch from a new...
Use waxed dental floss to remove anything that has that foam tape. See sawing it back and fourth will cut the foam without harming the paint. Any residual glue can be removed with WD-40 then use a good automotive cleaner like bug and tar remover. But test on an inconspicuous area of the painted...
Yeah that is true. I also know that âmostâ of the stuff bought on Amazon is from âover thereâ. I only buy things I need right away, considering a lot of replacement parts are made there anyway. But when it comes to âGray Matterâ she only gets the best available. Just donât buy directly from...
I would stay away from anything Alibaba or Temu sells. If Ford wanted to install an auxiliary tank in their Broncos then it should be available from Ford Performance. Also, are they tested to American standards.
China probably has enough of my personal info so Iâm not giving them anymore.
Sounds like that was a daunting task. I have that same hood deflector I ordered from Ford but havenât installed it yet. After seeing the post âwhat is thisâ Iâve been considering taking it to a local body shop and having them skim and shoot it with factory paint color. Second option Iâm...
