it's a good time. i see Chet from Weird Science when i look at the hard top of a 4dr. and the soft tops look like someone can't quite put a tent together correctly. all in fun. practicality is subjective as are looks. but i'll be driving the shit out of this 2dr obx soon.
sas on obx doesn't look good to me. the fender flares are nasty. keep what you have on order and drive it for a bit. then get larger tires if she still wants a bigger look. and warranty shouldn't hold any weight in this decision. dealers can warranty the work if they want to. and vice versa.
i have a kid. and dogs. and a wife. we live with a 2 door jeep and will soon be living with a 2 door Bronco. the rear seat in 2 door bronco is more comfortable and spacious than the 4. just have to crawl back there...
Oof. I didn’t know anything about load ratings when I got mine and have the same tires on my 2dr JL. Not great. Hard slippery and can’t balance them.
In our case yes. But we only drove a 2dr BD 2.7 (I wanted to buy that day) and the next week we drove a 4dr 2.3. Noticeable noise difference but also different builds.
And I was only a passenger both times.
We ordered the 2.7 and are scheduled for a late august build. My wife test drove both and decided on the V6 almost solely on engine noise. Also 2 door. Stoked! Good luck with your choice. I’m sure others can weigh in with actual advice. We’re at sea level and have no idea how these engines...
Anyone with build dates this time around have the factory roof rack option? I forgot to add it initially but don’t notice any pics with the racks on this thread. I don’t want to screw myself by trying to add now if it seems to be a constraint (the rack)
here’s to good communication and great...
