Shout out to Chapman Ford and Tom! I made my dealer switch after speaking with Tom and had my bronco ordered the following day. Really appreciate the dedication and help throughout the process.
Hey, I just got of the phone from Red River and cannot remember the guys name, but he said they are only offering MSRP. Said they don't even know what invoice looks like. I know this isn't true, but figured I'd share. I am looking to switch dealers and figured I'd switch to them if they are...
I made my second dealership switch this Monday after they said they would honor x-plan like pricing for me. I made the switch and then got a call later that day stating that it was a mistake on their part and they will not honor our agreement. With that said, can I switch again?
I'm in the same boat. No local dealers want to offer anything but MSRP. I found that a flight to IA is a little over $100 and only a 5.5 hour drive back. 5k is definitely worth the trip!
First off, I don't have an issue with putting down $500 during the order process, but find it odd that dealers would insist on getting a large down payment. I say this because if a buyer backs out, the dealer has a bronco they can place on their lot and add substantial markup.
