If you actually "spent your Sunday" installing this kit, for sure you are doing it wrong. It should only take 15-30 Minutes tops depending on your work ethic, and about 4 minutes to change out to the new brackets. lol I'd give it another try. Love mine.

I was kinda thinking the same, the slightly bulkier tread and concave wheel and ring makes it look like twice the rubber than the stock setup.
