    The wheels, tires, lift is about the look for me. The biggest question I have is the cloth in the Base vs the vinyl in the BD. Comfort-wise, how big of a difference? If I go vinyl, I would need the heated seats. If I go cloth, not so much.

    But you are looking at Base Sas vs. BD Non-SAS. Thos are completely different animals. In order to make them comparable, you either have to add SAS to the BD or put about $6k in lift, wheels and tires. on it.
