So the threaded plate that goes in back corner - is it easy to put in place - my guess it needs to go in prior to placing the skid in place to bolt on … so put that in first as you start the install ??

Yes, I have disconnect Bronco and purchased correct plate - the problem was trying to bolt on front edge of Asfir plate on top of existing factory plate located just to the front of where Asfir goes - factory bolts are too short if Asfir is placed on top of this other plate- the Asfir plate...

Is there a trick to getting the front of the Asfir trans skid under the existing transfer case skid ?? Do you angle it in with the Asfir at like 45 degrees ? I didn’t lift Bronco to attempt this so I might be at a disadvantage crawling under vehicle to work this

So front two bolts of Asfir trans skid on Badlands sas with disconnect, which are factory bolts to reuse per directions, seem too short. Anyone else have this issue when installing ?? I did purchase correct skid with disconnect FYI (Asfir has two trans skids)

Work the DV8 rear skid instal from passenger side to middle to driver side - there is a brake line(?) on passenger side that comes close to skid and this needs most attention - I tightened four front facing bolts first then two rear - one of the rear bolt holes wasn’t quite center but I got it...
