I think I am getting closer because the Ford tracker yesterday still had my original estimated delivery of 9/23-10/6. It now shows 9/11-9/24. I am hoping that my dealer receives it by the end of the week as they indicated it can be a few days once unloaded and mine was unloaded on Monday.

How long did it take for your dealer to receive it once it was received in Kent?

I had asked my dealer how long it takes after the vehicle is unloaded in Kent for them to receive and they said a few days at most and that they get deliveries daily.

Did your dealer indicate when they may get loaded to a truck?

Tracker updated to empty has been released by customer. I believe that means its on the truck headed to the dealer. :D

I tracked my progress on a spreadsheet and made well over 30 calls. I think my wife is happy that this process is almost over as I am sure she is sick of hearing where the train is multiple times a day. :LOL:

This is normal as mine shipped 8/31 and then switch to BNSF from CSX on 9/5 in Illionois. From that point forward it does not give you an ETA and will tell you the last station it departed from. I would use this map for BNSF to get an idea where it was going...

When did yours ship?

Does it give a location or who the new carrier is? I would think it's either Union Pacific or BNSF. I know once mine was switched to BNSF I did not get an ETA. You can try Ford chat.

I think it's when it switches to another carrier. My understanding is they all start off with CSX but depending on the final destination it will switch. Mine switched from CSX to BNSF in Illinois. I was able to continue to track with CSX even after it switched to BNSF.

Tracker says placed at customer location in Kent, WA @ 2:05am. My dealer said they get deliveries from Kent daily.
