Was Haldeman the one who said their demo wasn't going to be for demos, it was only a loaner vehicle? I thought I remember hearing that about a dealer in this area.
So I gotta ask, where did you find your window sticker? Through the page Doug posted? Or somewhere else?
Though pretty sure mine isn't up yet.
On a side note... Is today the day @PowPow previews? 🤞 or does he have another breakdown? 😔
I haven't seen anything on shipping costs for hard tops. But I have seen 2 separate companies saying they are doing hard tops.
Advanced Fiberglass sayi g end of this year.
Patriot Fastback (saw today on forum) next year I think.
So there are options coming.
Soft top builds starting September...
Was the 2012 a GT?
I bought a 2012 (used at a Honda dealer) with just a hair over 36k miles on it.
I just replaced tie rods about 3 weeks ago (my most expensive repair at about $150 for parts). It's a V6 with now over 223k miles on it. It's run like a champ since I bought it.
Edit: I will say...
Damn dude.. Have anymore questions?
First order of business, since you now reside in Connecticut, we are going to need you to punch @acnp2022 in the face!
Ford has been vague on price protection. My best guess, if you had a 2020 reservation converted to an order before 3/19/21 you should be...
Honestly, $200 doesn't sound like alot just to avoid the hassle of doing all this myself.
And to @Timinpgh, that did come out looking good. I was surprised you did it all with spray cans. Nice work.
I didn't have to pay him, he drives a G Wagen (;)) he can afford those tires :ROFLMAO: and oddly enough, has good taste in tires... Who woulda thunk? 🤷♂️
That just looks like a BL with the optional wheels maybe (don't pay much attention to the wheels anymore), but it's not a Squatch.
If you want it that bad, then yes switch to soft top.
I previewed in May for a week (had MIC), then fell off. Switched to a soft top 1 1/2 weeks ago and got a...
@PowPow im not sure about the cleanup scheduling... But I'm pulling for ya buddy!

Go BFG... or I'd consider Cepek or Thomoson's.
Fuck that Nitto crap. I have a set of Ridge Grapplers on the wife's Jeep and they slip all over the place on wet pavement. I know a lot of people love them, but I'd avoid at all costs!
No I fully expect the current mic tops (built already), will get their Broncos this year. My belief (gut feeling) is we will see new VIN's from BL on down that get mic tops this year.
And my other question was along the line of... If build date is 9/13 (if it holds). Am I looking at 2-3 week to...
Yes...
And I'd say yes. The 2.3 just kinda goes.. Makes alot of noise and goes.
The 2.7 which I only test drove for like 15 minutes, that kinda put you back in your seat. Not like a Mustang GT, but you could at least feel it.. The 2.3....not so much 🤷♂️
And I don't think the 2.3 would tow...
The big question tho is how many days to build? Then how many to ship? Seems 1-2 weeks for shipping appears pretty normal.
Esit: not going to comment on MIC roof cuz I have a feeling non FE will still get new builds with them this year. Just to piss me off.
