FWIW, my base Sas 2.7 was $38,000, and sitting on a dealers lot one day. I didn't see if you said which engine. I personally would not want the 2.3, especially for that price.
I've put 14,000 miles on my 2dr in seven months. It's been everywhere. Beach, dunes, mountain snow, mud, desert... No damage! I'm trying to keep the mileage on it, down. There's a Lexus LX 470 in my driveway that basically is a grocery store parking lot car, that's not helping me keep the miles...
