Absolutely beautiful, thanks. You're the first non-SAS, 2 Dr, CO BD I've seen delivered on the forum...and what I've ordered as well, can't wait.
Enjoy it good sir!
I've just accepted the fact that I know more about the 6th gen Bronco than my "Bronco Specialist", but what bothers me most about my current dealer, is receiving bad information.
It's one thing if you admit you don't know, I can stomach that, but don't give me BS info. I caught my dealer in...
Just ordered one of these for the wife (in A51). I don't think it will have much impact (if any) on Bronco production - it shares very few parts with the Bronco (none of which is powertrain), and is being made at the Hermosillo, Mexico plant.
Mine shows this way as well, but I've come to never trust Ford's site lol. I have a picture of a black Base Bronco when my DORA reflects a cyber orange Black Diamond.
Detuned or not, I think the best thing people can do is manage their expectations and/or understand what they're truly buying.
I drove a 2.3 yesterday and I was more than satisfied. But that's my experience based of what I've driven and what I plan to do with it. I wouldn't fault for someone...
Peppy!
I had tame expectations as I'm used to Ford's 2.7 and 3.5 engines. I was not disappointed at all, had both some town and highway driving and the acceleration was steady and responsive. It didn't have any trouble moving that fat lard of a 4dr.
Long time lurker, first thread. I know at this point there have been dozens of test drive reports/videos, and hundreds of pictures, so I'll keep it short. I test drove an auto-2.3, AMB Big Bend 4-dr demo today...
It was everything I was expecting and much more, and pulling out of the dealer...
I'm in the same boat, not a fan of the trim level 'stickers' - neither for their cheap looks nor for what they represent. I could care less what size screen someone has in their vehicle, there's either a 2.3 or 2.7 underneath.
I've removed the quarter panel trim stickers on every Ford truck...
That's crazy, here I am currently in one of PA's largest 4x4 auto-show and I couldn't find one...dealership or private. There was a half a dozen 1st gens however 😀
I live within 30 minutes of Centralia, PA where the "forever-underground-coal-fires" burn.
While it's no longer legal to hang around some of the areas, I plan on taking the rig where I can (maybe even some places I'm not supposed to 😏). While it's certainly eerie around there because of the...
My VIN generated today, I have an 8/23 production date, although I fully expect that to move at some point judging by history. Just happy to have a VIN!
I would be surprised if the Bronco didn't have that somewhere in the dash screen options - most current Ford vehicles do.
I've never used it in my F150, I use the orientation of the sun like a true road pirate.
I have a truck that I meticulously take care of. I go both offroad and take it truck shows. It certainly has it's fair share of battlescars...but those are from me, that I'm ok with. Swirl marks and cheap wax are not acceptable battlescars in my opinion.
