I agree. The whole way they have handled this on top of Ford’s inadequate dealing with our vehicles has been a not so fun experience.

Sorry for not posting yesterday. Things are crazy at work. I spoke with the salesmen. It’s a paint chip on one of the fenders. It’s at the body shop getting fixed. Hopefully by middle of next week it will be in my hands.

My understanding is that they have requirements from Ford that they have to fix any damage before they can sell it.

I knew something was up when I spoke with a manager the other day about why it hadn’t been picked up from the port yet. He slipped about damage and then tried to walk it back. They have come off as trying to be secretive about everything and it’s so unnecessary.

It’s a race!!! The tracker shows the dealer finally got mine from the Port last night. So hopefully today, but based on interactions with them it will likely be a week from now. 😂

Well the barge company says the bronco is here. I didn’t see it at the port but it could be parked elsewhere. The dealership hasn’t been much help all along.
