These look dumb with doors and roofs off.
Jeeps were doorless vehicles adapted to have doors, these Broncos not so much. I think modern Jeeps are uglier overall, but door openings look a lot better than the Bronco's.
The roll cage is so much now that from the profile view its hard to tell the...
I don't mind the slant of the folded down seats too much, but would think a little draw system would be nice to fill that step from the seats being folded forward. I might split the difference and have something that only folded forward halfway up the seats.
I think you could hinge this, probably in 3 section, and accordion style fold it back on itself to use the backseats. I'm in an urban apt. so if I did something like this (which I want to do) being removable isn't really helpful, because I'd have no where to put it.
MY25? I'm afraid we will never see any real changes. This going to be Ford's version of a Challenger. It will run unchanged for as long as ICE engines are profitable, and then stopped being produced. It will probably be a shorter run than the Challenger though, maybe more like the Toyota FJ.
I...
I think the Bronco Raptor should have been a completely different model based on the F-150. (So a 2nd Gen full sized Bronco, but unlike the 2nd Gen Broncos, not just be a F-150 from the cab forward.)
That or Ford needs to do a long body 2D, which they wont do.
I really really don't like the...
I don't know if anyone has pointed this out yet, but to test the improvement you just need to find someone online with the same model to go out with a sound meter app and take some readings.
Do at idle, 25mph, 55mph, and 70mph.
It won't be perfect since it won't be the same sound meter between...
I had a 1/18/22 blend date.
I wouldn't call it perfect, but don't have any issues that I can really take to Ford either.
I think most new cars will have a paint blemish or two, but I'd say my Bronco is just rough around the edges still. The biggest thing I notice is the seams between all the...
If the everglades came in 2D I would have ordered it already. That said, I plan on someday upgrading my MGV with air cooled leather that matches the grey dash material.
Close. I don't even want the 8 inch screen, and the MGV and rubber floors in my badlands are hot garbage, so I'd rather have regular carpet, and cloth seats. (Floor mats and seat covers are actually washout.)
Ford should lean into the chip shortage and offer a truly base Bronco.
Manual windows and locks, all analog gauges, no screens, and no goat modes (keep the lockers and other offroad specks just don't apply the optional software presets.)
They actually did it not so long ago with the Mustang...
There is plenty to like, but the gauge cluster is awful (lots of comments about this), and I really don't like that they just left a hole for all the feature you didn't get on the top of the dash.
It's not even a blank spot, its and actual hole to collect grime, and remind you of the feature...
I've been kicking around names and Dusty Bottoms from The Three Amigos is on my list.
I was also told by several forum fun sponges that naming cars is stupid.
