Might be a USA thing. Im in Canada. I live 5 minutes from the dealer and I’d have to drop it off and they’d get at it whenever. I’m not leaving the Mustang on the lot unattended. I’ll wait until the spring and push the subject further.
Ford should be doing the same with their recalls. I got a 2012 Mustang that needs the two air bags done under recall. Honda did their air bag recall that way. Come to your home, replace and all done.
That’s the way it works. Mine is the same. Have it anymore sensitive than that and the wind will set it off. I was torquing my wheels the other day and it chirped twice. The 3rd time I deliberately got it to go off by taping the passenger glass and it went nuts. Got a notification on my ford app...
If your suspecting the location where you tapped in is at fault you could just unplug it for 3-4 days to see if the draw stops. This test is faster with the DVM but you’d need to know the process. I suspect your issue with the draw is caused by something else. Mine never did it.
If your wide body was such a chore to install these lights then why did you bother? Did anyone from Mabett force you to do this? You agreed, it’s obvious the testing failed so why roast this company?
You don’t know how busy these people are. Maybe you should just sit back with some patience and...
First of all I’m sorry to hear of your tail light issues. I’ve also been sponsored by @Mabett and dealt with both Jason and Ryan. I found them to be both very professional, courteous and polite each and every time. I’ve had some issues testing some of their products and notified them of the...
I’ve had mine on two years now with no issues at all but I did notice during the installation that there was a small gap between the running board and the mud flap so the simple fix for that was one 1/4 plastic rivet on each flap to close the gap which you can see in the pics I just took for you.
