  1. Bronco appliqué removal

I tried to buy a replacement “Sasquatch” on the rear quarter and the dealership said it was about $75. That one I’ll probably do after market. Also, the fender appliqués are actually reflective. Not sure if that is what sets them apart, and expensive, from knockoffs
  2. Bronco appliqué removal

I want to put the Bronco script on my front fender and remove the stick on appliqué’s on both sides. How hard is it to remove these without damaging the paint and also what can I put these on to preserve the stickiness in case I want to reinstall them later?
  3. Cargo area mystery - what this square mounting fixture?

Does anyone out there in Broncoland know what this square mounting fixture is used for in the rear left side of the cargo area? I have an Outer Banks Sasquatch 4 door.
  4. Annoying Chirping Noise - 2025 OBX Bronco

This may or may not work for you. I worked for a vehicle testing agency back when and when we had some unexplained noise we would install small microphones in the area of suspicion and took noise readings to isolate where it was originating from. But cost was no option to get to the “gremlin”. I...
  5. 24 Hours of Appalachia Rally - 45 rigs started but only 10 finished

Now I wished I would have purchased a Badlands instead of my OBX “Mall Crawler”. I opted for luxury instead of excitement in my case. I would love to experience the thrill of adventures as these types of excursions.
  6. Engine block heater recall (2021-2024 Bronco)

Apparently you’ve ever been to Iowa or Minnesota in the winter.
  7. Backup camera housing defect

I just took delivery last week and noticed it during my initial inspection. Just came off the assembly line.
  8. Backup camera housing defect

I’m sure it’s fine for now, but after years of getting “sun baked” it will probably become brittle and start letting in moisture. I’m sure this will happen long after the warranty expires. That being said, Ford will have to pony up and install a new cover while it’s under warranty.
  9. Backup camera housing defect

Has anyone noticed the backup camera housing having this defect in the plastic? I’m OCD when it comes to this kind of stuff. When a person pays good money for a vehicle they shouldn’t have to see this kind of workmanship. I think it is probably where the injection molding finished. My salesman...
  10. M-9100-BR aux switch kit

I have already posted this topic of the six switch install Middleton Motorsports posted on YouTube. You don’t have to tear into the electrical system, , just swap out OEM wiring harnesses. TC Customs in Bessemer, Al will also do it for you. At least what the YouTube video shows, but at a...
  11. Bronco AUX Switch Kit available for all trims (from Ford Performance)

There is a good YouTube video from Middleton Motorsports showing the steps to install the six aux switch setup along with the parts needed. Looks pretty simple. At some point when my warranty expires I will get around to doing the install myself. I believe they will do it for you but I’m not...
  12. Left rear seat won’t fold.

I’ll check it out in the morning. There has never been anything in the cargo area yet.
  13. Left rear seat won’t fold.

I took ownership of my OBX last week and hadn’t really had a chance to check everything out. I have a camping trip in a few days and tried to fold the left rear seat. The latch release on the seat will pull, but it won’t release the seat to fold. Has anyone else had this issue and is there a...
  14. Slide out tailgate and 2.3 weight and center of gravity

🤔I’m sure Ford has done there homework on the Bronco to alleviate the possibility of disastrous outcomes which plagued the Broncos with the tire issues years back. I worked at a military testing facility years ago doing GG calculations and I have first hand knowledge what goes into calculating...
  15. Slide out tailgate and 2.3 weight and center of gravity

I just did a little research on the weight of the 2.3 vs the 2.7 engines. The 2.3 motor is approximately 100 to 110 pounds less than the 2.7 hence having a lower center of gravity. This leads me to the slide out tail gates weight of 50 to 60 pounds laying low in the cargo bay which “should” keep...
