I laugh, but to be honest, when I make a purchase from Archetype, I know I'm getting custom work that feels more like artwork than a just a "part" for my vehicle...every time I look at my sidesteps I smile and I imagine that I will feel the same way about the new shifter. Keep up the great work...

Have you tried downloading the latest version of Forscan? I was getting errors and tried downloading the new version and that worked for me. The version was updated as of 4/27 and notes say that they improved compatibility with 23 models.

Just heard from the dealer. My 2023 was approved for the TSB and they already have the parts in. The synchronizer part is the new "D" part #. Work is scheduled for 4/20-4/21. Fingers crossed that this is the fix!

For anyone with a 2023 model year and concerned about the TSB not including that year, I just brought mine in to the dealer yesterday and they heard the noise, but because the TSB does not include that MY they need approval from Ford before they can proceed. I mentioned the part number change...
