Thanks, yeah the 0 offset is as good as I've seen. I'd like +30, and think +20 would be fine but not sure about going down to 0. Hopefully Bronco popularity will drive the aftermarket to make more wheels for the Bronco's weird (to me) offset. I haven't seen anything close that would get my...
Has anyone seen any 16-17" wheels similar to the Mickey Thompson Classic III style with at least +20 offset? Either polished or silver. I'm old school and don't go for the black/bronze/dark gray that everything seems to be.
I think they look great!
I'm not a lawyer but unless Ford somehow has a copyright on the font, I don't see how they would have to license it. You made them as individual letters, not a one-piece "BRONCO". You could sell the letters individually or a set of B, C, N, 2 Os, &R. Up to the buyer...
I might as well add my 2c. To me, there are 3 basic vehicle types: car, truck and van. Sedans, coupes and station wagons are all types of cars. Pickups, 4x4s and SUVs are all types of trucks. Brand (Ford) and model (Bronco) are just further levels of specification. I will refer to my future...
Use your choice of tool to cut/sand/file a slot in the replacement piece so it will fit. A dremel tool is one way to do it. I would use a band saw or a table saw - depends what you have available but watch your fingers!
Seeing this picture makes me think the grill NEEDS to be color matched to the exterior - minimum. This looks great and I don't really even like the color. I think I would also want the inside face to be white or silver leaving the outside "bezel" of the grill body colored (I would go red...
I REALLY like the fastback soft tops better than the squared back of the OEM soft/MIC tops. Would love to have that as a no/minimal cost alternative to the OEM soft top. B&P seems like it is $1650 more and you get both. Who needs 2 soft tops?
Has anyone considered putting spray-on bedliner on their MIC top or fender flares? I want a white top and white flares and was wondering if maybe a sprayed bedliner material in white would accomplish that and improve the long term durability. It seems there is some doubt about paint holding up...
I look at it as with Sasquatch, you get better wheels and bigger tires, a Ford designed & tested lift, larger flares, better suspension (including 4A) and lockers - all installed and with factory warranty. That’s hard to beat for $5k if you want~35” tires. I think the the 4 door “needs” the...
I’ve had a 62 Scout, 77 Scout II and a 71 Bronco. The Bronco was the prettiest but my favorite was the Scout II with a 345 V8 and 4 speed manual. Both those Scouts were rust buckets though, their achilles heel. I would love a Scout to shop against the Bronco (or a real K5 Blazer). I never...
I'm not at all sure that is true.
I think a lot of people will buy Broncos that have never had a 4x4 or truck before and a kit like this is going to look attractive- "It's cheaper than sasquatch!"
There are also people who may have no intention of ever taking it off-road and should still be...
You have to choose, everyone here will either say "sell the BMW" because we're Bronco fans or say "sell the Bronco" because we're Bronco fans and want to buy it.
You'll get top dollar for either right now. Which would you rather drive or keep longer?
I would want panels with glass rear windows and have the back window be able to open with zippers or velcro on the sides. The whole top tilting seems goofy and if someone gets in the habit of using that feature where it gets cold, I don't think those side windows are going to last very long.
