Again just a guess but I think the manual take rate on this site is higher than the general public. Plus Ford will do it's part to keep the number down.

See that makes sense, mine was 7/13 and my vin is 0076. as @EvilJim1971 said these are sequence numbers and when a lot of us 2 doors got parked in the holding area the early ones didn't get whatever part first like they should have. It was more like first in last out.
