I'm keeping the white top and wheels for sure. not sure about the grille yet, I'm leaning toward painting the outside edge red. The big takeaway from this picture though is how much difference the square fenders make. WOW
Agree 100% I may not be an original reservation holder but I waited through the whole 22 order year and then switched to a Heritage. Based on my dealer allocation and where I was in line I would have gotten a build date either way. No line jumping here.
I too had let myself believe that 5/1 was going to be the week, but again I have been bumped. No email this time but the tracker says 5/22, so I am right there with the group. I'm a laid back guy but this is even starting to get to me.
I'm right there with you. All the negative comments and hate just make me smile because they are helping make them more special and you and I look smarter for getting in there and getting one.
Who else thinks Ford will go with the square fenders on all the 24s? We know they monitor these forums and most people really like them. A feature I love that rarely gets mentioned on the 2 door only you get that cool little line over the rear wheel well that is a shout out to the original Bronco.
I will buy one unless Steeda comes out with one before my Bronco gets here. Any Mustang guy knows the Tri-Ax shifter is a must have and Steeda did just join us.
I agree the base is a great value, but if like me you want a Squatch the Heritage is the value IMO. You get SAS plus the mid package standard plus the modular top and those terrific square fenders. Not to mention all the other white styling bits (I realize they are not for everyone) mine is...
Ford should not allow orders with the constrained items until the outstanding orders are filled. Let people order 4 doors without lux or sas. If wheels/tires are the problem then why not switch brands to open the sas option up?
I have a feeling once we start getting these things and the order banks open back up the take rate is going to go up from the 4% people are reporting now. Our little secret will be out.
When it came time to convert our orders to the 23 models I looked at everything you get with the Heritage and I was sold. It is based on the Big Bend but standard you get sas, those great looking squared fenders, modular top, special white wheels, side steps, mid package and the retro white...
