For the lights I went with Diode Dynamics SS C2, with a pair of SAE Fogs and SAE driving lights. I have the Mod bumper currently with no fogs, so I'll be doing the mod to add fogs using the factory harness. and then running the driving lights off an Aux switch.
For the winch, I have the Badland...
I have one currently sitting in my garage waiting on some parts for my lights to install it. So far it looks pretty straight forward for the install. I'll be posting a review when I get it installed
Has anyone here gotten the rear bumper from 4WPFactory? Tried searching but only came up with stuff for the front bumper. Would like to get a broader opinion here than the 3 reviews on the website that are not terribly positive, since it is a good looking bumper.
Out of all the Alpine Loop trails, the Mineral Creek section of Engineer is probably the most technical, but even then I wouldn't expect to need sliders.
The stubby bumper doesn't have the option for the parking sensor holes, but there is a bronco floating around Instagram from TC Customs where they drilled/cut the holes in it for the sensors, looks very clean. It's what I'm planning on doing with my Badlands High package eventually.
If this thread had been posted last week I would not have spent the money on their bracket.
This has been a very poor showing by 4x4TruckLEDs and what they think is the right way to go about this. I am certainly happy I did not buy any of the extras or even the compressor through them either.
What’s the approach angle look like from the side with this installed? I’m really having a hard time justifying the $3k for some winch bumpers that severely hurt the approach angle and this looks like it’s really not much worse than factory, and better than Ford’s own winch plate.
Is there a guide/page from a manual on how to remove the side panels in the back? I want to get behind the Driver's side to do some measuring for amp/sub mounting.
Mine took 2 days to get to Loveland, would've only taken one if they had a truck available on the day it came in instead of having to sit through Sunday at the rail yard.
Hey everyone, has anyone figured out a mounting location for a sub in the back without taking up any cargo room? I really want to maintain the entire cargo space so that I can still store the doors onboard.
I've been thinking a shallow sub mounted into the side plastic on either side would work...
Big Blue is home safe and sound in the garage! MIC 2.0 looks good, no delivery damage, and couldn’t thank Loveland Ford in northern Colorado enough for getting me my bronco without any hassle or mark up!
It’s here!! Got dropped off at the dealer around 10 this morning and should be going through PDI shortly! Going to be headed to the dealer after the wife gets off work to go pick up our new baby!!
Well, I just got a very unexpected but welcome surprise in my email this morning! Mine has been built and should arrive in northern Colorado in about 4 weeks!
With Today's email update, I'm expecting all of us MIC tops should be fairly early in October, considering there have been a couple guys built on 7/1 getting their top replaced before the end of September, and since MAP was shut down the week of 7/5 I think we should be seeing built emails show...
