    As part of the replacement, I would ask them to inspect the oxygen sensors and the face of the catalytic converter. It there is damage to either this will cause more problems down the road. We should put together a list of things that shall be replaced and things that should be looked at...

    Should be able to run 1 qt low without issue, but new engines burn oil so if you start 1 qt low to begin with you could be 2 qts low or more by 3000 miles.

    See if they can tell you if it was an intake or exhaust valve.

    It may have a PTC (auxiliary heater) if ordered with a cold weather package but I didn't see that as an option on Bronco.

    Vanair just came out with a self contained lithium battery powered stick welder EPEQ 140. Weighs 34lbs and works well for situations like this. I can't wait to see what the hybrid Bronco has for power outlets, assuming they make one.
