Yea, yea, quit laughing because someone will want to do a restoration some day and this MIGHT be helpful.
Me, I bought some SAS takeoff shocks and figured I'd touch them up before I put them on because I just happened to have the paint on the shelf.
The color? Caterpillar Yellow

You can go the easy route and not disassemble the front struts to get about a 1.5" lift on the Bilsteins or Hitachis.
Lowered the price to $30 $60 shipped
Zone 2" Spacer Lift for BILSTEIN or Hitachi (if you don't use the collars) - Used
Came with a set of Sasquatch coilovers that I decided not to use and includes everything seen in the picture below.
Installation instructions can be found here: Zone Lift Kit Install Instructions

I have not BUT you could purchase a M13 x 1.75 die and cut more threads if needed.
I also found a longer bolt from an outfit down in Australia but they have not sent me specs back on the bolt yet.
2.5" diameter with a 1/2" hole is what you want. The 1/2" hole may need to be opened up slightly for the six 13mm bolts. Block height is up to your personal preference.
I removed one of my 13mm bolts and found that at initial thread engagement there is 1.175" of distance between the washer...
Old post I know, but I was trying to figure it out too.

Nice work Metal-Tech!
These sliders appear to be flat which makes for a great step BUT appears to be at the expense of ground clearance and a semi-weird look.
I recall the Metal-Tech FJCruiser rock rails being angle up toward the body which gave great protection, a little more ground clearance...
Thanks Scott! RC responded in the meantime and confirmed that it was a nominal 2 inch lift.
For the money, it seems crazy not to go this route.
Puck/spacer lifts suck
Bilstein 5100/6100 (and others) with their zinc coated shock bodies will corrode in less than 2 years any where there is...
Interesting but possibly deceiving title. Does the 2" refer to the shock's body diameter or do these shocks provide 2" of lift?

Are the Eibach shock bodies painted or galvanized steel like the Bilstein 5100/6100?
That galvanized coating lasts maybe 2 years max anywhere the roads are salted (from my own personal experience). Eibach's website mentions "Anodized 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum Coilover Mounts" but those are only...
Is that accessory shock kit PN for the 2-door, non-SAS Ford M-18000-B1A?
Wait, derp, I found a better description... https://www.levittownfordparts.com/sku/m-18000-b1a.html
Not a bad deal for a bolt in 2" lift and suspension "upgrade" without going the HOSS 3.0 route
I had 5100 Bilsteins on my FJCruiser for 10 years and about 140k miles and they worked very well. HOWEVER, the galvanized coating is no match for Northeast winters. The first winter they were about half corroded. The second winter they were one big rusty mess. (this picture was after 4 years...
I have a '21 BD non-SAS with the 2.3 and it has one on the driver's side. It is directly below the water pump. Maybe there's a coolant drain plug in the block in that location? If so, it's impossible to access.
