The body is the sprung weight. You are lifting it up, which is raising your cog. Which increases roll over possibilities. Granted 3" isn't alot, but on a steep sidehill it may be enough to flop.
Ended up making a quick trip to Barrett Lake this last weekend. Unfortunately had to shoot back out Saturday after one of the jeeps with us broke a driveline and could not fix it. So trip got cut short. We went in about 3-4 miles. Fun trail, haven't been in a few years.
I have an ARB zero fridge freezer. I ran a wire straight from the battery to the fridge. It will shut off before the battery is too low to start the vehicle. That being said. I have let it run for two days straight without having to start the bronco and never had a problem.
I was a little worried after reading this thread, but I installed a set of RCVs this last weekend and they have no issues thank goodness. Date codes were 3/22 on the axle shafts and 5/22 on the cv bells.
It was sunday afternoon. There is nothing you can say to argue the fact that there are no instructions included. I have installed numerous other products on my bronco and ALL of them came with instructions. I should not have to email you to ask for instructions. And clearly you don't follow...
Its weird, i followed the instructions to a tee. Did everything exactly what was on the instructions. Oh wait there isn't any. All these details you are bringing up now are what you would put in the instructions.
Its the tailgate reinforcement. I gave up on it. I had to cut a hole in the back of the tailgate to get the hinges to bolt back on after struggling to try and bolt this hunk of shit on there.
Hey @BAMF how much extra are instructions? I am currently trying to install this thing on my bronco and this is a joke. I am beyond pissed right now. Unfortunately for you I am local enough to come see you about this. Very very very unhappy customer. Anyone looking at buying this thing run away!
