We got a batch of 5 brand new Ford explorers in to our shop this morning and whats odd is those all shipped convoy from Chicago to AZ. I’m surprised they aren’t doing this with the Broncos for a faster turn around.

So after looking at the data in here it seems like there really isn’t a common denominator of the cars sitting the data is all over the board. A decent amount of soft tops sitting, multiple engine combos, multiple trim combos, options etc. there really is no rhyme or reason why cars are being held.

I’ve got a crazy idea here. It involves my truck that’s been sitting for over a month ACTUALLY GETTING FINISHED. If they start pumping 800 Broncos out a day and mine sits in a corner rotting any longer I’m going to loose my mind.

I just can’t believe I’m literally seeing lightning blue FEs built 2 weeks after mine sitting in peoples driveways. I’m really starting to get annoyed especially because my deadlines for SEMA show commitments are coming up fairly quickly.

Absolutely nothing don’t waste your time. I have a 6/23 4 door FE and all they told me after I’ve called every day this week is your car is at the plant reach out to your dealer for more info.

The only thing that debunks this parts shortage theory imo are trucks like mine. FEs can really only be built 10 ways and none of them are parts changes just color choices. I’ve seen multiple FEs identical to mine even down to the color built and shipped after mine so there is nothing i can...

I might be off base here but why in the world would the resolution to this problem be to order a whole new car and wait 2 years surely it won’t be longer then another month tops before these trucks are here.

So maybe the eta start date on your photo is that it will be shipped on the 10th?

Interesting i just checked mine and it has always been same as you and everyone random 1990 date but mine now has 7-25-21 as the eta end date. Very odd.

Ford website tracker still been down for me all day… also had a call with the bronco hotline which got no where snd there answer is parts shortage LOL. I told them to escalate my call and they said a manager will call me back sometime in the next 3 days
