I'm VERY interested in how you accomplish this...as in, I really hope it works out steller for you. I (hopefully) have a 2.7L BL w/capable bumper coming in the next 3-6 months (fingers crossed) and LOVE this RC kit set up. I'm not overly impressed by some of the aftermarket bumpers that stick...

Looks ok, but no way is this bumper going to be "capable" for any length of time off-road in the rocks. Also wish it had more openings to mount lights and a winch. My current plan to cut it up and/or replace it ASAP.

You beat me to it. The wood burner/multitip tool will get this done easily. I've used these for stippling firearms. I'm guessing it will melt through that plastic like butter.

Not entirely horrible...I'm sure it'll look better without the wrap. Interesting part about the upgraded V6 Ecoboost engine...hmmm.
