Haha!! I love when the rabbit hole brings me to old threads. Ford just opened up the build and Price for the Lightning. Damn is it expensive if you want the extended range. The 230miles version is very reasonable and could very well replace our current V8. Exciting times.

I don’t know why this thread popped up for me but damn, the butthurt and absolutely wrong assumptions here are powerful. Love my Mustang Mach-E by the way. No it’s not a compliance car. Was just reading more news about the S650 platform yesterday.

It definitely is a blast to drive around town. Plus room for kids. Works well for shorter road trips as well.

I’ll give you a stick to shake. My household has a Mustang Mach-E and I have a Bronco on order. That Mustang is damn fun to drive.

Given how many people out there saying that the Bronco is just a rebranded “Land Rover”, it’s not surprising that some folks would buy the “Sport” thinking it’s a Bronco.

Damnit. Judging by the underside, I’d say this is one of those YouTubers that buy $40-60,000 vehicles and immediately beats the hell out of them for views.

I’m just pointing out that people are irrational at times . Things don’t have to make sense. I’m opting for the Sasquatch package….pure pavement princess that might see the beach or paths that a Subaru could tackle.

It’s futile to try and understand. People want what they want. They don’t care what you think and besides, bigger tires have their uses. I keep hearing people say the Bronco is useless compared to the Wrangler with superior articulation, yet I keep seeing Broncos hanging with them anyways.

I’m thinking it may be a function of the steel bumper. Who knows. May also have to do with angles and the fact that the Sedan sits lower.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a problem with traffic data just from my phone. Someone had just pointed out that having a cell phone for navigation could be pointless if the signal is lost. I figured a cheap TOMTOM was a better value than Ford navigation even though i still don’t understand the...

Ok, that makes more sense. Maybe I’ll have a reason for a TOMTOM after all. Probably still never happen. But anyways, yeah Ford is definitely charging extra for a number of very basic features that have been around for years. As if Power windows and Locks are suddenly a premium feature.
