The only way i was able to get the dealer to concel my hijacked order was to call the sales manager with the ford rep on the line and had the rep tell the manager to cancel the order while she was on the phone.
Yeap! The dealer should be able to get you the railcar # then you can use the rail tracking phone line to track it.

SO.. My bronco had shipped out on 10/17. I tracked it through CSX and it made it to its destination railyard on 10/23.
Found it interesting when I checked the ETIS modules today and turns out some of them got updated on 10/23.
Do these update each time bronco is started up?
