That stinks! I have not been able to get into the Ford tracker for the last two days - it just goes back to the same screen with empty fields again. Ordertrack works for me. I'm just hoping that it magically appears at my dealer the way some others have.

Me, too. The last day for my ETA is Saturday - it would be so great if I had it before the 4th of July because I took some extra days off and I could take her around and show her off, lol! But I have learned to have no expectations throughout this process.

Great to hear your awaiting shipment! It must have something to do with my iPhone and iPad because I can get the Ford tracker to work on my laptop. I can get into chat with the Live Chat balloon in the bottom right hand corner. But the chat that is on their Contact Us page doesn't seem to work.

I cannot find Ford chat (looks like it was removed) and also the Ford pizza tracker isn’t working for me this morning. Same for everyone else?

Do you have a chip hold? I am on a chip hold and was told it was for a sync module, so I wonder if that’s why I can’t try to activate my FordPass without getting the message you are referring to.

Good for you! I’m so happy you will be getting yours soon. I’m trying to be hopeful but after so many disappointments I’m prepared for the worst. It’s going to be a long week!
