Yuup. Still waiting. Called Ford again yesterday and they confirmed that dealers should have the ability to change the order back into a reservation... I then sicked my wife on the general manager cause she is getting just as sick of this process... They flat out refused to convert the order...
I meant if the dealership could do it to and save me from waiting 3+ weeks for the transfer to go through. Still waiting to hear back from ford since 1/25.
@DealerInsider Do dealers have the ability to convert the order back into a reservation? I was thinking maybe I could continue to hound them enough to correct the issue... figured things couldn't get any worse at this point.
Just called the 4375 number. Lady told me not to make a new reservation.. She said itās only required when the res is canceled. Iām assuming maybe they arenāt aware yet.
Thank you for the update. Gives me some hope.. Do you think I should go with the new reservation merge route? Or should I just wait out the converted order transfer to my new dealer.

Yeah.. this has been a very painful process. Initially spoke to them on 1/25 and talked to ford again on 2/8 and they were unable to find any notes on my transfer request. Took them an hour to unbury the note and confirm that the transfer was in the queue to be processed..
I've got a 3d printer and some basic knowledge of of 3d design. if you need someone to crank out prototypes once a design is made.
I have zero creative skill though and suck at coming up with original designs
