    A 1/2" or more IIRC. The edge guard is in case you miss the pins hanging it, that you don't scratch it. The door doesn't touch it in normal use.

    Not sure what you mean? It hangs on the hanger the same way as the vehicle, but with extra protection. It doesn't come near the brackets on the wall. And the mounting pads keep it from swinging into the wall.

    We developed our own recovery point. The bull bar ties into the mount for strength since the bumper itself is pretty thin metal.

    That's not a good number, most labels on Ford parts aren't. Here are the prices on the Raptor versions, the Bronco version is similar.

    I would suspect they will be hard to get for a bit. The last I looked, they were on backorder and over $1k per side. That tends to happen with the newer build parts until the supply catches up.
