I did the Curt install. It's not hard. Just take your time routing the wire to the front. You can follow the brake lines or other wiring under the chassis. Zip ties are your friend. Use this connector.

Yeah Mike. Those are aftermarket tie downs to replace the hardtop bolts. You could use any type of small D ring that would go under the OEM bolt. I just happened to have these installed. Frank
