Simple answer to that question is No. Only exceptions being these scenarios: A dealer has 3 reservations 2 FE's and one Bigbend, they convert all 3 to orders, they are allocated only 2 from Ford, since FE's are all 2021 only, the bigbend gets pushed even if it was the first one ever reserved...
Your small dealer percentage is likely entirely different so please do not put any emphasis on the 17% I mentioned, that was based on our allocation at my store alone. I have no insider knowledge on how the select or smaller stores will be divvied out. In all reality it could really benefit you.
I have to agree with your thoughts. FE does mean you reserved early, so you already have a great timestamp. However if Ford doesn't have the wheels, or enough correct colored grab handles or any number of other miniscule part necessary to build a FE then they will skip those until all parts are...
They are absolutely driveable! That is the whole point you get to see one sit in one drive one so you know what you are getting. All of us have ordered a spendy vehicle without ever trying one out, that is scary for a lot of folks. Personally I work for Ford and have since 2005 I am not worried...
I would wait until you have a build week before making a move unless you have another rig to tote you around all summer if need be. With microchip issues and everything else, just because it is built doesn't mean you get it. I have a transit and an f150 right now that were built first week of...
They actually start the week before and run for two weeks straight. It's a one day event. I'm already registered flights booked even rented a Jeep Wrangler, lmao I had to do it given the choice right?
I would say that yes that is possible, I would still expect shipping priority to go to the mannequins. Bronco sport had both produced simultaneously, so history is my only reference
All mannequins are Job 1 production vehicles that can be sold after their run as dealer demo units. And yes I do expect those to take at least a month to supply every dealer with 1 or 2 broncos to show off and keep people on ice awaiting theirs!
Thank you for saying exactly that! First edition doesn't mean they make those first. I did read that all first editions will be 2021s however so they get one guarantee at least
Yeah my concern is exactly what they (Ford) will have ready to build on the first day. If they only have 2.3s well then you know the rest of the story etc
So yesterday evening WBDO updated the Bronco tab to show availability to schedule the first month's allocation. This will be done over a 2 week period weeks of April 19th & April 26th. That said if you are one of the lucky first 17% or so of this years allocation to get selected you could have a...
I will post a picture of mine in that exact spot if it shows up by October! I've seen lots of Jeeps parked there over the years along with a couple other slightly precarious cliff edges in Moab, now it's my turn.
