  2. PSCM calibration and strategy

  3. PSCM calibration and strategy

Yes aware of the goat mode effects on steering. I actually think rock crawl may even take less effort than normal or eco but obviously can’t run that in the road. I pretty much exclusively just run normal for on road driving
  4. PSCM calibration and strategy

I guess just on the 2.0 racks. Trying to see if there have been any software changes or updates that may effect steering feel. I have had 2 other 22 broncos one with Sasquatch, my 23 seems to have a noticeable increase in effort to steer. To the point I don’t enjoy driving it. I’ve checked every...

Anyone willing to post there PSCM calibration and strategy info from forscan. Looking to see if anything has changed over the years or is different between trims. I have a 23 badlands, Sasquatch, 2.7 Edit: what I’d really like to know is a 22 black diamond Sasquatch 2.7 any different than a 23...

  12. Rust inside Steering Rack ball screw rust……

So you don’t suppose it has the recirculating ball bearings inside the plastic gear? I’d be surprised if it didn’t but I haven’t had a bronco rack apart either. I had a 22 base did a 2ā€ and 35s then went to a 22 sas black diamond, thought I was gonna keep that one but shortly after ford decided...
  13. Rust inside Steering Rack ball screw rust……

Yes the section pictured does not touch the assist pulley. But it does appears it was assembled with the rust there. Makes me wonder if the entire ball screw portion was rusted when they assembled it. Rust and liner ball screw is not a great thing. The bearings would be riding on the pitting...
  14. Rust inside Steering Rack ball screw rust……

Has anyone else ran into this maybe while doing so steering rack mods? I’ve noticed my bronco has been stiffer to steer than my previous 2 6th gens. Decided to pull a bellow and look inside. Looks to me like it was corroded when they assembled the rack. You can see where the balls rotated over...

  16. Rack-Hack. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

Thanks for the feedback! I’m on the fence I feel like my badlands already steers with more effort than it should. Noticeable difference over my Sasquatched black diamond I had. I suspect there to be an issue with my rack. I have no issue upgrading it but I certainly don’t want more steering...
  17. Rack-Hack. HOSS 3.0 severe duty STEERING RACK and TIE RODS ...Ford Performance M-3200-WT

For those running the upgrade rack. Seems the consensus is it steers with no effort at slow speeds with a little more effort in the higher speeds. At what speed do you feel the effort increases. Like is it at 10 mph that it is noticeable that the effortless steering now takes more effort than...
