I cannot express how much I hate this plastic plug. Not for safety or reliability concerns, but because I have used a plug magnet for years to loosen/remove the plug without getting oil all over everything, and now I can't do that. I'll get over it, sure, but I'm not happy right now lol...

As someone who works with a call center for multiple programs... They are not all created equal. I can guarantee that there is nothing malicious there, it's just a rep that glossed over the memo that was sent out about the packages. If one was sent at all.
