It does not list the 8" screen as standard for the BB. Now I suppose it's could be included and the enhanced voice/swipe features are optional. It's unclear to me.
Patiently waiting to see a test bronco without the 8" touch screen in the infotainment center stack. If it looks as bad as some of the other Ford cars with the tiny 3" screen for the backup camera then I may have to get the mid package.
Unless they make the backup camera com through the...
Also a previous FoST owner here ?. Drove one from new (MY13) for five years. Also going with a Big Bend since its the lowest trim to offer manual with 4dr.
I had a ton of fun modding my ST and will definitely be doing things to the Bronco. Im sure the aftermarket is going to go nuts since...
Good full synthetic oil and an oil catch can is the extent Id go on it. Maybe inspect the valves at 50-100k miles and determine if they need to be cleaned.
Since the issue is so widespread across DI cars im sure theres plenty of professionals which offer to clean valves or DIY guides if you...
The squatch package does improve the look drastically but I couldnt justify it when It will be my DD with a few days of off-roading per year.
I wasnt going to get the hardtop but after pictures I think the hardtop looks much cleaner and will probably be better in the long term.
Having just replaced both rear control arms on my 2005 focus due to the bolt fusing to the control arm bushing, I would be willing to do some rust prevention.
My old 2013 focus after 5 years dailying year round looked pretty rusty on the frame and bracings. Nothing structurally significant yet...
Ease of roof panel removal is a must for me. If the roof rack makes it more than a couple minute job or requires tools, I'd probably pass on the rack and come up with a different solution for cargo carrier/kayaks.
I would assume single pot brakes in the 11-12 inch range as stated above. Im sure they will be more than adequate for the vehicle. I think people truly underestimate modern oem brake systems. I would be more concerned with A/T tires when screeching to a halt from 80mph...
If youre...
Id definitely be in for a Factory rack option just for kayaks or storage container. Aftermarket roof rack systems tend to be an eyesore to me most of the time. I wonder how it would work with the soft-top.
+1 for Cobb as well. I used the Accessport3 on my Focus ST for years. Ran the Cobb tune for a bit as well before switching to a more custom tune. The ability to be able to switch tuners and also being able to read live data from the device is such a big deal for me. Plus the hardware...
