@CHIGATRON Ford chat told me that my rail car is TTGX990264... Can you see anything about where that might be? They said just south of Chicago last week and today.

I read that ford customer support can share the rail car information with us (call or chat), so I'll try that tomorrow!

Is it normal for the ordertrack website (3rd party by forum member) to show no info about shipping aside from highlighting 'Rail' for those shipped via rail?

Who is your salesman? @Tdifonzo and I got an estimate of 4/14-4/20 and have both received the ship email/status but no rail info yet. You haven't received the shipping email/status or just can't get tracking info? That really stinks if it's the former!
