Well, I got a phone call from the local dealership today, asking if I wanted the seatbelt recall done by them. ((I purchased from another dealer out of state). I said sure but did not think it would be addressed until Q4 and she informed me the parts are in. Yahoo I can feel confident that I...
Wonder what the PPF guys that sell it would say. Their sales pitch with the last car I bought if you get a dent about the size of your palm or smaller they fix it. This would qualify;). I do have PPF on the front of the fenders so looks like it did save the paint:LOL:
I looked at the maps and such and not many trails at all. It is more a scenic drive and some camping spots with a-lot of hiking trails. Who wants to walk when you can drive. Wanted like $20 to go through check point and would have added about an 1 1/2 to the trip and wanted to get to the hills...
Going between a couple of fallen trees and part that was cut through on the right side was just at the right height. He was videoing it as he was trying to guide me through and did not see it as he was watching the left rear as I was going up and over the other part of the tree. It was low...
So went on a few day trip with my brother in the Black Hills. Found some great trails and forest roads and a couple cool disperse camping spots. Wondering if this will buff out? My brother is new to this style of travel and had him spot me. I should have given him some direction before having...
Getting ready to head to the Black Hills and Badlands. Installed a Wifi front camera, Ipad mount, fire extinguisher mount from @DV8offroad and played around with packing the rig. Couple different lay out but this will give me great access to fridge on the trail as compared to running it front to...
Looks like it is a Besttop which would not have all of the frame like a factory top. Probably better than the factory for looks but does not fold all the way down like the factory top does.
Worked on a leveling platform. Added several tie down points that are removable with the use of t nuts on the bottom side. Knobs that can loosen without tools if access is needed in lower rear compartment. Added a vinyl floor for easy clean up when it gets dirty. Now playing Tetris to figure out...
I have had it for a couple of months now and love it. Another benefit with it is you can set the Auto start/stop to your preference and not have to Forscan it or buy an eliminator just turn the switch on or off and it stays the way you set it. Mileage has stayed the same and I have run 89 to 91...
@capn00 Funny that you should ask. I was working on a leveling platform yesterday getting ready for a trip in a couple of weeks and I utilized it to hold some tools and crap. I also made sure my camp stove was going to work with it, which it does once the extension is slid out. As far as...
So I have a simple question. With my 2017 F150 Platinum and now my 23 BL Bronco when using ForScan I use the configure module instead of using the as built. Wondering why no one brings this up. No changing an alpha/numeric character in the right spot it is just checking enable or disable...
