I'll jump in - I opted for a 22 MY OBX two-door and I also don't want to leave with the stock OBX wheels. Not too concerned - it looks like aftermarket is going to have some sweet options as well as a swap option. I love the Wildtrack look but the SAS would be wasted on me.
Mid 50s - married, two dogs, two-year-old grandson.
2 door. As others have stated, I see it as the traditional Bronco (my grandfather had an early 70s Bronco).
I've never owned a 4 door. My rides started with a hand-me-down Duster 340 to my current ride a 2012 Mustang GT. My wife has always...
OP - you'll find this interesting (or funny). A few years back, I was in Sturgis for the Mustang Rally. My job was to capture a ride-along story of a husband and wife that owned this King of the Road Shelby.
I spent the day with them riding through Badlands. Every stop, we were surrounded by...
After a day hiking Hawaii Volcano Park in 2017 - enjoying the fireworks in the evening.
Dead Horse Point, Utah
Getting to ride shotgun in Pritchett Canyon.
I paused a consulting business and started a new business with two partners the same week Bronco reservations opened. I started out with a Base reservation on July 7/29.
As things evolved - starting a new business during a pandemic wasn't a dumb idea, after all, a late July reservation...
oh boy… I breezed through this thread, I figured I have nothing to lose. So, let's see what my 2012 Mustang GT is worth on KBB. KBB is saying $14,900 - and now I've had three dealers call all offering more than KBB if the car is as listed. I'm being told in upstate SC used Mustangs are a hot...
Not sure how I missed this thread - I posted to the other GIANT Granger thread.
I really appreciate the communications from Grager. I'm an October 1st reservation holder from, Carolina. and I''m going with a 2022 model build.
I can still hear the clock ticking on what exactly my damn build is...
Another Oct. 1 reservation holder. I live in South Carolina - and I got an email from Zach this morning.
I'm passing on a MY21 and jumping in the pool for a MY22.
My guess is Ford is refocusing the brand and Ford's performance direction. Ken Block is the real deal but he's kinda a show pony compared to say, Baja race drivers.
I did community brand work for an "automotive parts brand" for several years that built a campaign years ago around a celeb...
I'm pretty sure I'm going Race Red on a 2 DR OBX - 2nd color choice AMB.
I had a MINI Pepper White with the two-tone camel/black leather interior - loved the look.
So - I'm drawn to roast - just not sure if that's a good pairing with Race Red.
I started out OBX, then went backward> Base, BB, BD, then built a WIldtrack and a Badlands.
I have several filters I've been applying to my choice of Bronco.
1) My romantic attachment to my Grandfather's 76' Red Bronco
2) This will be a long-term partnership (I don't see myself selling this...
Selling my Mustang GT next year - I'll nest 10K off that
Have 15 K allocated in savings
If I do get a 2022 model nad I should I will add another 5K
My goal is 30K down with a longshot goal of 35K
2-door OBX
Race Red
2.7L EcoBoost
Black Painted Roof (2022)
Sound Deadening Headliner
High Package
Towing Capability
Will look to add some Ford Performance parts hopefully…
Was curious about the reservation numbers growth in October…
I reserved at Granger on Oct. 1 (10476306)
DHC reserved on Oct. 24 (10520275)
I'm guessing Albert and Zach are happy with the Granger Oct reservation numbers…
