Hey all, we added a new member to the team, his name is Sean he will be handling the October specials for us...
He is a Jeep Wrangler guy but will be getting a Bronco to replace his Willy's soonish...
He will be reaching out to all that are on the list prior to calling starting next week...
I send an email out a day or so prior to calling, I have been handling all of the reservation transfers coming in so they are taking my current time...

Our calling for the October special folks will be later in the year when the 2022...
That is the cancellation rate from the current list I am sure, Ford is tracking another cancellation rate that Zach has calculated into the equation...if they are not counting the reservations prior to ordering opening then the numbers can be off a bit, much of our cancellations happened prior...
