I have a 2006 fusion 4 cyl since new. Only having a second car because it’s paid off and I can’t sell it for much, and insurance is dirt cheap. Not worth selling it as long as it’s running, and I have something to take to busy parking lots and not worry about
i'd say it depends on your dealer and if they have an allocation for you or not. I would assume you won't but others have been pleasantly surprised. I've had a big bend 4 door soft top sasquatch manual ordered for over a year and do not have a build date yet, and theres many others who have...
I had a JLUR, most fun vehicle with the most character you can buy on todays market, but I didn’t want to keep it long term. I couldn’t live with the paint issues (bubbling on hood, bubbling/corroding around the door hinges). I know ford has had paint bubbling issues in the past too, and the...
that would annoy me too, i hate leaving my vehicle at the dealer longer than i'd have to. biggest fear is damage and knowing how techs sometimes treat other people's vehicles. i watched a RAM tech peel-out in my 1500 one time because "he liked how my exhaust sounded". i flipped at them there lol
she did clearly say for "this month and next month". I know Granger just got a lot more allocations lately than they were initially expecting. In the beginning of the year, people were projecting way less allocations than what they've been receiving as of late.
Tom really isn't on this forum...
Ugh. Well I’m f’d then with my July 2021 reservation with them  I’ve been back and forth on ordering a truck from them in the next few months if I don’t hear anything, but trucks have become stupid expensive
agreed! Most are very early reservations as well. Even tho we're still not scheduled, we're still one step closer in line to getting ours. Plus, more time for me to save for additional down payment & mods haha
It’s about perspective to me - the bronco has more airbags than my JLUR so I call it safer. It’s also one of the biggest vehicles on the road so I think it’s fine. I’d rather be in a 3 star bronco Sasquatch over a 5 star rating sedan in a real world crash
definitely have this done through PDR. A new hood is unnecessary and you're going to have mismatched (from factory, even if unnoticeable to your eye) paint on a new vehicle.
If you had to pay for this yourself the PDR route, it'd cost maybe $300 at the most. I'd say thats even a rip off.
some of these "bubbles" look like seam filler to me. My JLUR had a lot of these types of boogers, they were always on the interior facing side of panels, but they were still super ugly.
