I'm also using KC Cyclones. I really like how easy it is to mount them just about anywhere. All the other brands seemed like they were all the same cheap crap, even the stuff from the higher end brands.
Last I heard Kearny Mesa Ford was supposed to have them early this month but that it had been pushed back into January. Not sure why this was, but I was able to see the overlanding Bronco in Mammoth last weekend. It was amazing, but I'd also like to see a 2 door and one that is sasquached...
I reserved mine the night of the reveal, so I'm suspecting it will be close. I'm also working with Eric. It would be cool if several of us got our new broncos on the same day and maybe went through the wild animal park or something. I havent been to San Diego since I was a kid
I'm thinking ill be getting my bronco around the same time and will be flying down to San Diego to pick it up. I might be interested. I'd like to have a second set of wheels for offroad only tires.
Id like to get a second set of wheels to actually beadlock and put 37s on for offroad then use my 35s for everyday driving. When the 35s wear out I'd probably switch to a better fuel efficient a/t or all season.
If you get the aux switches this is simple to wire up yourself or you can buy an aftermarket switch pod like s-pod. I would recommend getting these on your own for a couple of reasons. First, this is way high on cost compared to doing it yourself, and secondly you can place them exactly where...
I'll probably add a few accessories on my order, then use Ford Pass Points for either the fridge or air compressor. I want the rigid ditch lights but I'm ordering KC Cyclones for rock lights. I wouldn't mind having the storage cover like the overland build had. I kinda want the blocked out...
I'll be making the trip down to Eric at Kerny Mesa Ford, I plan on flying down and driving back. It would be cool to caravan back with some other Broncos. Maybe do a couple of stops on the way back.
