If you have the wiring your in great shape. That’s the hard part. Hitch on etrailer. 2 options. Easy to install but you need a strong torque wrench.

Fuel pump fuse is 30 smp I think. Fuse #4 ?? I’m not willing to give up AUX#1 for that. So a relay. On aux 3457. I think.

Starter takes a lot of power. Fuel pump doesn't. But that starter could be done with a relay and aux switch. Hmm

Better. Fuel pump to an aux switch. there's got to be a fuse jumper gizmo. Plugs into the fuse box, and it supplies Power into the down Stream side of the circuit. Or a relay that plugs in like a fuse. power suplied by an aux switch.. easy to reverse when you get dealer service. Like this if...

I'm planning out a warn winch. the forums mention a possible parasitic battery draw. Is that possible, maybe an Bluetooth thing,,, and how would you address that? Using a relay on an uplifter switch, or a battery disconnect on the winch comes to mind.

The Bronco start up sequence draws more amps than that cheap multimeter can measure. More than 5 amps fir sure. And It will pop the meter fuse. So get one that can handle higher amperage.
