It looks like October 15 was the date online orders open to non-converted reservation holders. Hope that helps…

I ordered from here. Ford screwed up my order supposedly…I had to do a ton of digging to find out. Which pushed me to 2022. Other than that they have been kind and mostly quick to respond. Stated the will ensure MSRP pricing with no ADM. Although I don’t have that in writing.
